Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is run by IB McIntyre & Co (PTY) LTD and referred to as the organiser hereafter.
2. IB McIntyre & Co (PTY) LTD Exonerates itself from any claims of Brands that it may represent from time to time but, will honour the guarantees made by these Brands in accordance with the required processes as dictated by these brands pertaining to any claims which may arise.
3. The competition is open to all members of the public who are South African citizens over the age of eighteen and in possession of a valid identity document or passport and resident in the country except the employees and their immediate families of the organiser its agents, its advertising and promotion agencies, distribution partners in this country, associated companies and outlet owners and their immediate families and staff.
4. The organiser reserves the right to amend, modify or change these rules at anytime during the competition.
5. Participation by the entrants constitutes acceptance of the rules as determined by the organiser who interprets them at their sole discretion.
6. From time to time entrance to a competition may require that you purchase a specified product and it is up to the entrant to ensure his or her own compliance.
7. From time to time it may also be necessary to SMS a predetermined number or phrase to an advertised number, the entrant accepts liability for any charges and responsibility for his or her own compliance to the aforementioned. 
8. The competition commencement date and closing dates will be advertised and no entries either side of these dates will be entertained.
9. Should a Draw date be required this will be advertised accordingly.
10. Any special requirements regarding the prize will also be advertised.
11.  The first correct entry and valid entry drawn will win. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into and its decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding.
12. The winner will be contacted telephonically and will need to present his or her valid Identity document and packaging and till slip as proof of purchase, if required.
13. The organiser may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable the organiser to ensure compliance with these rules. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these rules, he / she will be automatically disqualified and the prize forfeited in its entirety.
14. IB McIntyre & Co reserves the right to make media announcements and /or publications of the names and photographs of the winner of the competition.
15. The prize is neither transferable nor redeemable for cash.
16. All participants and the winner indemnify the organiser, its advertising agencies and suppliers against any and all claims arising howsoever out of and or from their participation in this competition (Including wilful misconduct, injury, loss or damage to property, negligent act or any omission by the organiser).
17. Free minutes do not apply. (In case of a phoned in request)
18. This call is charged at normal phone rates be they cell or otherwise (this should be put on a line off of the switchboard as well).
